If so, are you not calling into question, if not doubt, the outcome of every election? (Bush/Gore anyone?)

I really don’t want to get off the Prop 37 topic but have no choice. If what you’re saying is true (and I have nothing to refute it), what’s the answer? Physical counting? Hanging chads?
