Zen preaches a state of neither accepting nor rejecting, utilizing equanimity to strive towards enlightenment… at which point the game changes and the goal becomes vastly different–to only do and promote that which is objectively and morally good.

The initial state that you and so many others harp upon–the blanket state of non-contention–is only the beginning of the journey down the rabbithole, a necessary cleansing of preexisting cultural and societal conditioning that ultimately leads to boundless imagination and limitless personal freedom.
