I can give some of you the job to police the rest and that I will treat an attack of my minions to be an attack on me. I can have others milk you and shear you and when you no longer are producing for me, I could give you a disease that you will gladly pay me all of the money that you saved up over a lifetime to get another few months of life. The people duped into the police role feel important but they will face the wrath of those who are being farmed if they wake up. The dozen or so other owners of the planet will try to outsmart each other with the goal of owning everything.

Think of me as a bull fighter and you are part of the bull. You are stronger and faster than me but I am smarter than you. I also have tools to help me. As long as I can get you to focus on my bright cape, you are mine. Of course, if you don’t look at the cape, then I may have problems. But that seems highly unlikely. Doesn’t it?
