The degree of authority and passion with which one utters “X is Y” will carry the day.” (Jon)
————————

“X is Y.” (generality)

But people could still make it a specific… it all depends on the pronunciation.

People for instance could hear: Ex is Why! (like, Ex President is WHY we are in such a mess.

The opposing candidate could then answer: “No, X is Z ” (generality)

But people could hear or understand that: Ex is Zero, (like an insignificant person, nonentity .

Holy Sweet Fancy Moses! So I am exhausted from hours of blah projects that I have been working on for a place that I am detesting more everyday.

Well I went to that gallery show. I go hey these are pretty f-ing good. The artist was either a prodigy for picking up on the discipline so quickly or had been a lifelong student and forgot.

Then I started to read the labels of each painting. You know how you get that wtf, then again and you start scanning and saying you will come back to this one, etc? Then it is that trip moment.

Remember that game Mouse Trap? I do not remember the specifics but there is a ball that drops and lands on the tracks and it travels down to next stop and hits this bell which rings and drops a steel cylinder which hits the lever, which hits the hammer of the lumberjack which brings the hammer back to the initial starting point which tips over a cup of water that puts water into this sports drink dispenser which the mouse always chooses the dispenser next to the water instead which triggers the net to drop on the mouse.

Or something like that.

The sequence of triggers in Mouse Trap was so engaging and cool, the mouse keeps bringing the ball back up to the top again and drops it onto the tracks and hauls ass back down to the end but does not choose the water again so it could get the net.

Now repeat this for a year or so. That is kind of what it felt like.

Speechless. Incredible structure. There is more to it but I am tired so I will enjoy the eureka moment for a bit. Better than any trip so far.

Now if everything I just wrote is incorrect then you either need to hire that artist or make sure that someone does not have danny partridge syndrome in the next room who will think your work is theirs.
